Join us for the 2019 Pink Boots Society Conference in a city known for live music, breakfast tacos, and (of course) amazing beer–Austin, Texas!

The Pink Boots Society was created to assist, inspire and encourage women beer industry professionals to advance their careers through education. Our biannual conferences embody this mission by instilling attendees with hard takeaways and valuable knowledge that can be applied from the brewhouse–to the taproom–to the marketplace, along with time for ample networking, fun, and camaraderie with fellow women working through all facets of the global beer industry!

Kicking off with an inspiring and substantive industry keynote from the Brewers Association’s Julia Herz, additional panels and presentations at our 2019 conference will touch on: Beer Quality, Sensory, Raw Ingredients, Hot Side/Cold Side Processes, Diversity in the Beer Industry, Personal Goal Setting/Leadership, Advanced Social Media, Tasting Room Experience, Strengthening PBS Chapters, HR, and more! Full schedule coming soon.

Early Bird Registration is NOW OPEN through October 1st with a special discounted rate for Pink Boots Members who sign up early.

Register to attend today. We can’t wait to see you in Austin!

The chance to mingle with other female brewing professionals and exchange ideas and insights. Talking with and learning from a diverse group of women coming from many different specialties in the industry was fantastic.

It was a great opportunity to take the pulse on different areas of the industry

. Nice to network, and great for learning some technical information.

Where do I start?

The conference was the absolute boost I needed to remind me of my passion for the industry. It was the kick in the pants I needed to remember we all have gone through trials & triumphs and will definitely go through more, but that it's worth it. Meeting so many of my heroes it was hard to not want to fangirl all day. I loved that it was interactive and I think some of the best information I learned was from questions.

As a brewer, I found the yeast workshop from White Labs amazing!

I also truly enjoyed the sensory workshop so full of information and hilarity. Have already took tools I gained from these talks and brought them to my brewery and to my pub staff.

I loved the authenticity of the speakers and panels.

As someone who has organized, emcee'd, speaker and everything in between, this was amazingly refreshingly honest. The networking was also the best I have enjoyed at a conference. Could it have been the beer? (of course!) I took notes from beginning to end.
